Refund policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In original packaging, with labels still attached.
- Unused, unworn and unaltered.
You must additionally provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Online returns
We offer multiple methods for returning items purchased through our website:
- Account Return: Log in to your customer account and navigate to your order history. Find your order, choose the item(s) you wish to return and click on the "Return". Follow the prompts to complete the return.
- Order Confirmation Link: If you completed your order as a guest, you can click on the "Return Items" link in your order confirmation email. It will direct you to the return portal where you can follow the steps to initiate your return.

Email Return Request: Send us an email at customer.service@jeremiahhiggins.com with your order number, the item(s) you intend to return, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the steps.

Note that we do not provide return shipping; you are responsible for delivery and any fees (including custom charges) incurred. We advise using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
In-Store returns
Both in-store and online orders can be returned to our shop within the 28-day window at no additional cost. Simply bring your item(s) along with a proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them. Should they still be eligible, we will notify you and issue a refund within 10 business days as follows:

Should your refund not be received following 15-days of your request being approved, please contact us for assistance.
It can take some time for debit/credit card refunds to appear on your bank statement.
We additionally reserve the right to refuse any refund in extraordinary circumstances, such as where there is suspicion of theft, fraud or other criminal activity.
Exchanges
We offer eligible items to be returned and exchanged for items of the same value. Should there be a balance remaining following an exchange, that balance may be processed as per the Refunds section above.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your item upon reception and notify us if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items may not be returned. These include, but are not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
- Personal care products (such as beauty products).
We additionally do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us should you have concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Any order that is being shipped within the European Union may be returned, for any reason and without justification, as per the legislated 14-day cooling off period. Your item(s) must still be eligible as per the above return policy and be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
